Parklands gate is situated in the area of Bramhope, a district north east of Leeds city centre.

The project will remove a series of add-hock rear additions and replace them with a modern extension. The new extension will accommodate a large family kitchen and provide additional internal and external living space.

The project will also remodel the ground and first floor plan.
